Organisations – The Olive Tree

HH Design create a concept theme to suit Cancer SupportÉ The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre opened in January 2004, providing a drop-in centre, complementary therapies, counselling, information and support for cancer patients and their carers and families. The centre is an independent charity situated in the grounds of Crawley Hospital and over the last few years has grown from strength to strength but as is often the case their brand identity had been left behind to some extent. A creative twist was needed to bring The Olive Tree branding up to date and who better to help than Graham Laker and the team at HH Design. Firm believers in a communicative processÉ

Says Graham, "We wanted to create a calm, caring, serene and supportive design style which would not date and have the ability to build up a family of images to use well into the future. So with typical HH Design approach it was back to basics! Everything started with brainstorming and scamping to explore a range of different concepts, fonts and images. We are firm believers in a communicative process and worked very closely with The Olive Tree to make sure that what we delivered was the perfect fit." The new identity has now been used on a number of different platforms including the printing of brochures, posters, stationery, pop-up exhibition displays, leaflets, advertising and more. The re-brand has literally just been finished but the feedback so far has been tremendous! "We are very delighted with the design created for us in connection with our rebranding campaign. You made working with you so easy and we are very pleased with the quality of the design and the impact it has made." CM (Mike) Dean, for and on behalf of The Trustees, The Olive Tree Cancer Support Group.
